Hi, I have the following issue and I attached an example on how my data is structured.
I have two data sources, first one is list of employees with location and position(Oracle). the second is budget matrix with values for each location and position (Excel)

So the problem is when creating a cross tab table to compare and show variance the matrix values that don't have and employee equivalent is ignored and I'm unable to create an accurate info see below:
Any tip on how to solve this issue?
