Tableau Serverでダッシュボードをエンドユーザーに提供しております。
ユーザーがなんでもダウンロードしてExcel等で処理したがるので日常的に困っております😅
今回は、ダッシュボードにコメントをつけたものをPDFにダウンロードしたい、との要望を受けました。
（ダウンロードせず、Tableau上でコミュニケーションを完結させるのが正攻法であることは承知しておりますが）
例えば<ビューのコメント>機能でコメントした情報をダウンロードする方法はあるでしょうか。
または、ビューのコメントでなく、<注釈の追加>など他のコメント付与機能を使ってTableau Serverからダウンロードすることは可能でしょうか。
なお、エンドユーザーはExplorerとViewerが混在しています。

In my opinion, if you are trying to print multiple dashboards/views with comments, it will not be possible. The views function only allows you to enter remarks and notify others about the comments you made after mentioning (@) them. In order to view the comments you have made on the dashboards itself, you simply have to hover over the thumbnail image and click 'view'.
