I am using Tableau server live connection for my dashboards and want to update parameters with each refresh atuomatically.
Could you please explain how to create querystring parameter and value of " :refresh=yes " in URL to force the view to refresh the data on reload if you are using a live data connection?

Right now, there isn't a way to update the list of values for a parameter when there is a refresh. I'd recommend up-voting these ideas:
