Every Month should show last day of sales if Null should Show Previous sales

Hi All,

I have the monthly data for a year, i want to show last day of the month sales as entire sales for month, and if the last day of the month has no sales or NULL then it should show previous day sales.

For example:

for 2019, Jan 31st i dont have any data, then it should show previous day sales.
