How Show Up/Down Bars in Tableau

Dear All,

I have question, in excel if we have 2 line chart, we can easily turn on the Up/Down Bar under the chart Elements to show the Up/Down Bar chart

Is there a way to show this bar in tableau.

Attached is the workbook showing the data as 2 line
