Gain/Loss Ratio

Hi Experts

I am trying to recreate a viz from this inspiration here (image attached_. And basically I have created the left hand side of it displaying the losses and wins in the form of diverging charts, but getting kind of stuck with calculating the win/loss ratio. It seems my formula is not working. The formula should be in the form of => +1 when wins are more than losses and =< -1 when losses are more than wins. I have attached buy workbook here and any guidance on this matter would be appreciated.
