YoY without showing last year data

Hello ,

I am trying to create a table in Tableau which should show customer count for three categories for trailing 12 months along with their YoY growth rate & share but I don't want last year data there.

I tried in Tableau but the moment I remove last year data YoY growth also disappears and in Tableau it is coming like below. Any pointer how I can achieve this - attaching the sample workbook for your reference.
