I have one date field by which I am creating a continuous dates "New Sequence Date" from today's date that is 02/07/2019 to 30/07/2019 and pulling in a column in tableau.

I am having another date "Estimated "field by using these date fields I want to color the cells.

For example.

if my Estimated date is 05/07/2019

then I want 02/07/2019, 03/07/2019,04/07/2019,05/07/2019 to get color-coded in RED.

I am trying following

if Estimated <= New Sequence Date then "RED"

End

I am attaching my twbx file for the reference and snap short of the format in which I require the output.

here is the hack that makes the cells become a continuous red bar

you drop a blank (discrete) on the column shelf
