Cascading hierarchies using actions

Hello Experts

I am working on this problem for action filters to be cascading and disappearing. I have tried to do one piece by setting a filter action for the measures department and category but I am unable to do for the other measure "items". The problem to be solved is mentioned in the title itself for better understanding.

Could you please let me know if I am missing anything. Attached is the workbook for reference.
