Hi everyone,
I have a client who is trying to install a Salesforce package, but the installation fails with the following error:
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
The package/version was provided by the package publisher, so I’d like to understand what could cause Salesforce to return “Package Not Found” during installation.
Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Try installing the package in the different sandbox and see if the error still exists. Try with different admin user as well.
