Need guidance with Measure Names

I have a line chart displaying 3 metric %'s, using Measure Names & Measure Values to display the data.  I would like to add the numerator and denominator for each of the metric % to the Tooltip, so when I hover over Line A, I would see in the tooltip, the numerator and denominator for rates in Line A.  I tried creating an IF/THEN/ELSEIF calc but I cannot use Measure Names in a calculation.  What other options are possible (short of changing the data structure)?  See attached example.
