I think the instructions on the Get Agent-Ready module is out of date. I couldn't find myContact anywhere. However, the Record Snapshot is in there if you know where to look.
After clicking
+ Insert Resource in Prompt Builder, click on Contact. You should then see Record Snapshot
at the top of the list. Selecting it will insert a Record Snapshot: myContact resource.
TIP: For a quick shortcut, type in @Record -- the filtered results should display Record Snapshot.
