Hey All, I seem to vaguely coming across this question somewhere before but cannot remember where now I need the answer *hiding emoji* so hoping someone here could help me! Question: I have built a field generation template and have added this to my page. When I test the prompt in prompt builder, with a specific record, I get expected results. When I test the prompt on the page with the same record, I get different.. Why could this be please?

Thank you for your response.
I only have one template available so definately the right one being used.
But the summary that is being presented in the builder preview is correct (example, customer cancelled subscription and agent assisted), vs on the case (customer experienced technical difficulties and was advised).
