Anyhelp -- I’ve connected my Visual Studio Code to my Salesforce org, so I now have direct access to work with LWC components between VS Code and the org.
My issue is this: I’ve created a custom component called “Bike Card” following the Trailhead experience, but it’s not appearing in the Lightning App Builder as expected.

Were you able to get this resolved? If you have not, can you please share your .js-meta.xml file? I just want to confirm that your Targets are set. Also can you provide a link to the particular trailhead you are following?
