I'm currently working on the Agentforce for Service Superbadge Unit: Booking Management. I go to the Coral Cloud Experience Agent, click Topics, and then New. I put an option description in the box and click Next. Then it just hangs. I've tried this mutliple times and on different days. Thoughts?
