After being told that Twilio for Salesforce is STILL a beta product, and thus support is limited (my first interaction is to be told we probably wont help you). I am looking for alternatives. Enterprise cannot have long-running Beta products; it looks like this might be abandonware based on how long its been in beta? I inherited this product, so I have no real loyalty to it.
If you have any suggestions, we send SMS via Apex triggers and rarely manually; however, the LWC is essential to receive and read responses.
