Hi, I'd like to ask a question.
One of the developers on my team isn't receiving test emails within Marketing Cloud. We looked inside Email Studio and saw that it appeared he had pressed the "unsubscribe" button.
But the fact is, he didn't press that button, and even after re-entering it into the database, a few days go by and it appears as "unsubscribe."
Does anyone know why this is happening?
