We are starting to get error messages because this package still uses API versions less than 45. Twilio Support has provided no help or expected timeline for a new version (current one is over a year old). Has anyone found a work-around, or are you planning a move to another product?

@Ethan Norris we are using the latest version, 4.159, released Feb 2024 (now 16 months old!). @Twilio for Salesforce support says they are actively working on upgrades, though timeline will not be revealed, so that is not encouraging. We are beginning to look for other products, since Twilio clearly has not made this product a priority.
