Create the Booking Management Topic
Configure a custom topic to manage bookings by launching the flows: Get Booking, Adjust Booking, and Cancel Booking.

Here are the steps you can follow:
1)Open Your agent in agent builder
2)Click on Book Management Topic
3)Click on This Topic's Actions
3)Click on Cancel Booking Action
4)Locate the checkbox with label "Require user confirmation"
5)Check it
6)Save and publish
