We believe this is due to the Summer 25 release. The component is actually there it just doesn't have any text displayed and if we click on it we get the following error message: Invalid definition for sfal:AppointmentAgendaViewModel: ApexService.getType() return null with currentNamespace: null, namespace: sfal, name: AppointmentAgendaViewModel

We already opened a ticket with Salesforce and initially they were saying that because it's a package then they didn't have anything to do with it we had to force them on the call to view that the creator is

Salesforce.org

so it is their problem and they need to solve it.

It worked again on Wednesday but it started failing again yesterday and we haven't had any other response from Salesforce about the progress on solving this.

Does anybody else have the same issue? have you created a case already so we can put pressure on Salesforce to solve it?

Salesforce came through! the responded with: As a crucial part of our ongoing investigation, our engineers have identified a key setting that appears to be a prerequisite or dependency for the functionality to work as expected. It has been determined that the "Notes Settings

" need to be enabled in your org.

Action Required: Enable Notes Settings & Recompile Apex Classes

    1. Enable Notes Settings:

    * Navigate to Setup ( icon) in your Sandbox Org.

    * In the Quick Find box on the left sidebar, type Notes Settings.

    * Click on Notes Settings under "Content."

    * Locate and check the checkbox for 'Enable Notes'.

    * Click Save.

    2. Recompile All Apex Classes:

    * After enabling Notes, return to Salesforce Setup.

    * In the Quick Find box on the left sidebar, type Apex Classes.

    * Click on Apex Classes under "Custom Code."

    * On the Apex Classes page, locate the button labeled Compile all classes.

    * Click the Compile all classes button.

    * Please allow the compilation process to complete.

Once you have completed these steps in your sandbox, please test the functionality where you were previously encountering the issue and help us confirm if this resolves it.
