hello, does any one know if its possible to have a sub channel with in a channel. we use slack to communicate over seas in product development and we work on a lot of projects and its getting a bit overwhelming to have to search through channels to find something i need to refence. would be nice to have #product-A as main channel and be able to expand the channel and have #engeneering #drawings #shipping. #product-B > #engeneering #drawings #shipping
Hi Stan. That is a good idea, but there are no sub-channels.
What you can do, however, is to name your channels with some sort of hierarchy, like the following:
- product-a-main
- product-a-engineering
- product-a-drawings
- product-b-main
- product-b-engineering
- product-b-drawings
