Unable to Edit Certain Fields – Greyed Out in Field Permissions in data security module (job application object)

Question

Im having an issue where certain fields are greyed out and not editable, i need to change candidates and positions but even though I have both Read-Only and Edit permissions enabled in my Profile and Field-Level Security (FLS) settings.

How I can fix this problem?
