I write to you to get more informations about installing the appexchange "Docusign eSignature for Salesforce: The trusted eSignature solution".
In our case, we have already docusign accounts before starting using salesforce, for now we want to know if :
1- Our actual docusign licences allow us to use this app ??
2- We will need to pay or not to use this app ?
For information, on salesforce we have already installed the app launcher, and we have connected it with our current docusign account. Also we have done a test without getting any error messages, the document was sent for signature from the app launcher, it has been signed by the signer, and we received the signed version on salesforce.
Does anyone have an answer ?

Existing DocuSign licenses usually cover the app without extra fees, and the app itself is free to install. Additional costs may apply for Salesforce API usage, depending on your plan and usage volume. Your successful test indicates your current setup is sufficient.
