Hello everyone,

I'm currently completing the assessment for the "Sales Accounts Superbadge Unit."

I’m on the final task, but I'm unsure if my test environment is set up correctly. How can I reassign a lead with a 0-star rating back to the marketing team for an additional follow-up?

I assume that I would simply change the lead owner to the marketing team. Is there any update on this process?

Yes, I tried manually, but I don't have any marketing team user.

If you go to change the lead owner, then where you select the new owner you can drop down on the blue person to select a group instead. Then you can type in "Marketing Team".
