I have set up an Experience Cloud site for Partner Community users and assigned the Partner Community user license. I have also provided Read/Write permissions to Account and Contact objects.

Currently, I have manually created some Accounts, enabled them as Partner Accounts, and converted their related Contacts into Partner Users from Salesforce.

Now, I want the Partner Community User to:

  1. Create a new Contact from the Experience site.
  2. Enable that Contact as a Partner User automatically.
  3. Send a welcome email with the username and a password reset link to the newly created Partner User from experience site.

Key Requirement:

  • The entire process should happen within the Experience Cloud site, without any manual action from an internal Salesforce user.
  • Can this be achieved through Flows, Apex, or another approach?

Has anyone implemented this successfully? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
