We are trying to send an email through a campaign, but the rule in place that prevents emails from being sent to contacts who have opted out. However, some of these contacts have registered for a class, and we need to communicate with them about their registration.

Is there a way we could implement a flow to temporarily bypass the email opt-out field for these specific cases—such as adding a button to override the field during campaign sends—and then reapply the opt-out after the email is sent? We’d like to avoid creating extra work for the staff since we use campaigns for registrations but still want to honor opt-outs for newsletters and other general communications. Or other ideas??

@Sumit Verma Could you add a bit more detail about how to implement your suggested work around for the opt-out bypassing?
