Make sure Account records can be inserted in this org, and click "Check Challenge" again. If this continues, contact the Trailhead Help team. I´ve tried to delete the previous validation rules an the Apex treiggers please help!

Thanks for provided the org access. I have reviewed the issue in your org and found that in the Account object, you have other validation rules created and which are in Active status that causes the error message.
I have deactivated the above two validation rules from Account object and challenge check is working as expected. May I request you to please click on Check Challenge to complete the challenge.
