Hi All! I need your help understanding how we can integrate Google Form ( the website form is a Google form) with Salesforce (NPSP) if the customer is not interested in paying for an integration tool like Zapier.

If they can't afford Zapier, then they might not even be using the form that much! As how many submissions per month the form receives.
Zapier has a free level with a limit of 100 submissions per month -- which is plenty for very small nonprofits: https://zapier.com/pricing
