Hello, I'm trying to forward an external email into a SF record. I figured out one way to do it but am wondering if there is a better way. I made sure email to SF was active in my org and got my unique email to SF address. Then, I put the email to SF address in the bcc line of my email and added the SF record ref. id in the subject line, "Ref:0000ADNMAHCJNncbh". That process worked, but I really don't want the SF ID to be the only thing in the subject line. Is there a cleaner way to do this? I tried adding other information to the subject line, but the email to SF functionality did not work that way.

You can also create your own email service to handle matching emails to their records with your own matching process such as name, external, etc.  Or make it even easier :), and leverage our  Email-to-Flow app.
