Has anyone experienced this? EAC 2-way sync with Outlook, only certain event fields are mapped. Sales pro updates unmapped fields and saves in SF. External customer receives a second copy of the appointment (with no changes) in their email inbox. Outlook shows a last modified timestamp that corresponds to the SF changes (or shortly thereafter depending on how fast sync is working), but Sales Outlook sent folder does not display an additionally sent copy of the event. Thoughts? Recommendations?

And we have determined the root cause - we are mapping a field via EAC that is getting updated by an Apex Class if it is NULL when any other edits are made (even if the fields are unmapped).
