Hello all,

I've been dealing with this issue for maybe 6 months now and I've never found a solution, so I'll post it again.

We have SF Maps and the main Objects we map are Leads and a Custom Object called 'Map Points'. Map Points are very simple, they're an exact copy of a Lead Record. The reason that it's necessary for us to map this Custom Object is that only a fraction of our Leads actually show up as markers.

We can see from this screenshot that 34,000 Map Points are added to the map, while only 4,700 Leads are added. This makes no sense to me, as Map Points are just duplicated Leads.Lead Map Markers no displaying on SF Maps

There are no filters on either of these marker layers, and All Records are selected. I would expect all of our Leads to show up, but that isn't the case.

Now it has occured to me that perhaps the addresses are invalid, but if that were the case, would I not see more than '35 bad address(es)' on here?

What I've tried so far:

  1. Clearing the geocodes and recalculating them for All Leads
  2. Setting the max records displayed to >50,000
  3. Creating custom address fields

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Nick

Hey @Nicholas Marques are some of your lead records already converted? Maps Lead BO configuration has a default filter to skip the converted Leads, so that could potentially be causing a mismatch in your scenario (Salesforce Maps Skipping the converted leads with Marker layer)

Anyways, you can always open a support case with the Maps support team and they'll be more than happy to take a look at your issue (Get Technical Support for Salesforce Maps)
