Hi,
In the User Profile component in the User Profile page of Salesforce builder, there is an option called Show Related Lists that toggles on and off certain items such as Industry Members, User Trailmixes, Groups, Followers, and Following, etc. See screenshots please.
My understanding is that Related Lists is an out-of-the-box component in the User Profile. However, if there is a way ONLY the following listed items can be shown while ignoring the rest to avoid confusion, that would be great.
The issue is that we would only like the following items to show while ignoring others.
- Followers
- Following
- Groups
Is there any way this can be achieved? Refer to the screenshots below to see Related Lists component in the Builder. Thank you in advance!

Yes, if you customise the User Profile Layout in Salesforce Setup you can remove any unnecessary related lists.
You'd need to assign this User Profile Layout to Experience Cloud Users to avoid it also impacting Salesforce Users.
You can also remove the Related List Component and replace with Related List Single in the Experience Builder to reduce the number of lists that are showing.
