We're currently in the process of implementing an exit-intent popup on our website and are keen on leveraging the existing popup that's already in place.
Our question is whether it's possible to trigger this existing popup through modifications in the sitemap, or if creating an entirely new template/campaign is necessary for the exit-intent functionality.
Note: we've already utilized the Global template, and we're now exploring additional avenues.
Any guidance or insights on the most effective approach within Interaction Studio would be immensely helpful.

@Swapnil Barve it's definitely possible. The handlebars and CSS tabs of the template will be empty and your Javascript tab will do all the work. When the template opens the popup, make sure you also set listeners for clicks and dismissal (so MCP gets that data). The "Salesforce Chatbot" global template is a decent example of a template that is firing something that is already in the site code, I'd recommend using that as a guide.
