I have implemented Lightning Record Picker in my lwc , previously I used to get link with + sign to create record as well as search from it.But now it is not displayed in it.I have checked the documentation but no reference for this. @* Salesforce Developers * @Leo Balter Eric Constantin , Antoine Rosembach can you help with this.

I don't know what happened but I checked with the product team and I'm positive: the out of the box Lightning Record Picker does not support record creation.
Record creation is indeed on their roadmap as indicated at the end of the announcement blog post (see "Platform actions integration") but it's not part of the Spring '24 release AFAIK.
