We have recently implemented Einstein Activity Capture for our users. Sometimes we want to log a phone call (as an with a customer, but we obviously do not need this customer to get an email of this. We used to just create an event, but now with EAC we are afraid the user will get an email too when we link their email adress. How does this work?

Hi Milou,
By default, the email on the Lead/Contact record does not get an email when you use the Log a Call button. You can always test this by creating a dummy record and entering your own email address.
