We have a custom implementation where we store the requests to alter the users metadata or picklist fields metadata from the users in our org who shouldn't have such access to do so and store it in a custom object. We then trigger a .net job every 2 hours and make sure that value/action gets deployed/done in our Org. But recently, we have been experiencing multiple issues like Failure updating record type Case.License - duplicate value found on record with Id. And in the same run there were other errors being logged as well, Like Failure Deactivating user - 'userId'.
So Far, I have flushed down the pending ones by making the changes manually but couldn't figure out what could be going wrong.
Any Documentation or help on how to debug it would be very much appreciated.

I did reach out to Support but the support engineer initially tried to close the case by saying it is a known issue when I asked about the reason he said some Javascript classes are behind it when there are no UI interactions happening. Now he is saying some other irrelevant things, Hence I came here.
