I have customised the dashboard on the homescreen for everyone in my company however. We have a few different departments. Would it be possible to show an entire different dashboard depending on who has logged in?

Manoj Nambirajan (Dell Technologies)@Daniel Hewitt you can possibly have different lightning home pages based on Profiles and assign to profiles accordingly
In those specific lightning home pages.. you can design the appropriate dashboard and show
