Just throwing it out there to see if anyone has done this, has anyone integrated Microsoft Bookings with Salesforce? Specifically, if a Sales Development Rep (SDR) sets a meeting for a customer and Account Executive in MS Bookings and have the meeting populate in Salesforce?
Yes, I know there are...um...other techniques and methods, this is one where the SDRs/AEs are comfortable using old tools and we want better visibility into who and what's being scheduled. Wanted to know if anyone did this and how much work was involved.
