In My org i have a automated email. When a record is created in one object the email preview will show and when click on send email button the email will be sent. The preview is from a AURA component and it is used in a screen flow. The flow and the component is working fine means when i create a record the email will get Priewe'd and if i click and send email button the email will be sent to user. But i have observed for few records created the mail is not sent even after send email button. it only for few records. for rest of the records it is working fine. I have checked for the outbound email limit. but the limit is not reached and no error message was received. I found Daily out bound email limit is 5000. is it corrct. is there any other reason the email is not sent? and the component is not built by me and it is managed. so i don't have the access to code.

Eric Burté (DEVOTEAM)Hello @sanketha hegade as there are emails being sent and other not, that should be a specific issue (and not a generic email deliverability issue for example).; have you checked if the concerned users have a well filled in, and a verified, email address ?
