Unable to create Force.com Project

Hi Everyone,

I have just installed Eclipse 2018-12 (4.10.0) and after Force.com plugin.

When I go to Package Explorer --> New --> Force.com Project, nothing happens.

When I try a workaround Package-->New-->Project-->Force.com Project-->Next, the New Force.com Project Dialog opens, but after filling the form next button does nothing.

    Hi Rajamohan Vakati,

    Thank you for your response and support.

    In fact I'm trying to do this at home, using my internet access (broad band) and I there is no need to configure proxy server. See image below.
