Trailhead challenge: Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Please check that all of the relationships are maintained for Opportunity Contacts and Adventure Packages that you upload from the spreadsheet.

I keep getting this error. I have refered to the link and followed all the steps but still get the error. I have worked on 2 developer orgs just in case the data might be causing the error.
