Congratulations on the completion of the Azure Microsoft administration course. To build cloud apps, including Salesforce and MS Azure, you will for sure need some data engineering skills. I would suggest you complete several Python courses (if you are not familiar with it yet) to be able to integrate data using APIs. Another option is to learn how to use 3rd party tools functional for this purpose. From 3rd party data integration tools, the easiest one I know is Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/integrate-salesforce-sql-azure), you can start with it.
