The process maps explained in Trailhead - Value Stream Map, SIPOC, High level process map does not mention which one of these will explain the relationship between process steps and business teams.

@Paul P. Kuriyan - Correct. Different systems have different labels but yes that’s the same approach / format I use with my customers
