I verified that I have both permissions set: "To configure Einstein for Developers (beta): Customize Application AND Modify All Data".

Happens :) good that you solve your issue! Yep ... picking good alias for org name is less pain in the future, same as naming the methods - laconic & descriptive. Simple thing but save a lot of time.
