Hello, I am trying to do a simple report to show contacts created by Business Unit but is showing me the Record Count as Value :( how can I remove it?

You should see a toggle at the bottom of the page for the Row Count. Just set it to the Off position and the record count will be removed.
You won't be able to remove it if you have a matrix report (grouped by rows and columns) and you have no other numerical field in it, so if it's a Matrix report, make sure you add at least 1 number field and the toggle will be editable:
