I had given my salesforce associate exam on 6th Aug 2023 and cleared my exam. As salesforce intimated that the one who clears the exam will get the 200 dollar Coupan. But as I have not Received any coupon for clearing the exam.Please help me to get the coupon and please provide me the right solution. As rest of my colleague received the coupon, but I haven't received any coupon on clearing my Exam.

Is this your first certificate, this promotion works only for first certs.
in case you have not received any voucher in your email, I suggest that you contact salesforce support, give them your information about the exam and the ID of the received credential, they should be able to provide you with the voucher for a new exam.
