The administrator at Cloud Kicks has been asked to change the company's Shoe Style field to prevent users from selecting more than one style on a record.
Which two steps should an administrator do to accomplish this? Choose 2 answers
A. | Change the field type from a multi-select picklist field to a picklist field.
B. | Select the "Choose only one value" checkbox on the picklist field.
C. | Reactivate the appropriate Shoe Style values after the field type changes.
D. | Back-up the Shoe Style values in existing records.
One has to assume that if you are trying to prevent users from selecting more than one style on a record, they are currently using a multi-select picklist. So if you decide to change that field type shouldn't you back up your data first? I've never once found a selection called: "Choose only one value" checkbox.
Feels like A & D... but I get differing opinions.

The fact you have to select 2 tells me its A and D, and the fact the others don’t even make sense.
When you turn a multi-select pick list into a normal picklist, there is high chance of data loss of existing selected values.
So for that reason its A and D.
The other 2 are completely irrelevant to multiple options of a field, B doesn't even exist
EDIT: best practice - avoid multi-picklist at all costs lol
