Power of Us Program Update: Nonprofit Cloud will be added as an Option in the Portal on August 19

Relaying an update from the Power of Us Program team -- 

What is happening

Starting on August 19, Nonprofit Cloud will appear as an option in the Power of Us portal when requesting a CRM grant after your application is approved.

• For new customers - This means new customers can self-select between 10 Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud (NP) Cloud EE donated seats without working with an Account Executive (AE).
• For existing customers - Existing Power of Us Program customers looking to switch from the Nonprofit Success Pack to Nonprofit Cloud should work with their Account Executive for guidance on swapping CRM products. In Your Account, if you see “.Org Essentials” listed as the contact then reach out to this email: Powerofusdesk@salesforce.com to process the switch.

Until this change on August 19, any new customer that wants Nonprofit Cloud as their donation should follow these steps:

• Set up Trailblazer ID in the Power of Us Portal
• Apply for Power of Us Grant
• Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation
• After receiving approval, please proceed to setup a Nonprofit Cloud trial - do not return to the portal to select a donated product
• Once the trial is created:
  • Reach out to your AE and provide the Trial Org ID (found in Setup → Company Information) asking to provision the Power of Us Program Licenses to the Nonprofit Cloud trial.
  • For .Org Essentials customers, you will see “.Org Essentials” listed as the contact on your account. Instead, you should reach out to this email Powerofusdesk@salesforce.com and provide the Trial Org ID (found in Setup → Company Information) asking to provision the Power of Us Program Licenses to the Nonprofit Cloud trial.
• Support teams will submit an internal case to provision the licenses converting your Salesforce trial to a permanent account.
• When the org is ready, you will receive a “Welcome to Salesforce” email notifying you of the new org and the opportunity to set your password.
