We have recently implemented inbox with OUtlook/Salesforce. We have Einstein Activity Capture enabled. Outlook is syncing with Salesforce but how do we sync to the opportunities we want not all that may be linked to the contact we are communicating with? For example: a contact may have multiple opportunities that we are working with them on, we do not want to tag every email to every opportunity, in the Outlook/Salesforce app we had previously there was a radio button that allowed you to tag the records you wanted to log your email against, this feature is not there with Einstein Activity Capture. But I only want to tag emails to the right opportunity......can anyone advise on how we do this please?
