HI im facing an issue where it says "but we can't find that account's Type set to 'Pending'.please help i have updated the picklist too . idk what to do .

If you added Pending values to the Type picklist field of Account , then check the spelling. Because if you have written small p at the start of the word then also it will throw error.

And in the Approval Process also you need to field update the Picklist value to Pending
